HAPpy Naturals products were developed in Wyoming, however we are currently in Uvalde Texas. The company was founded in mid 2008 by Halley McConnell.  Halley and some of her close family members and friends had suffered with dry and uncomfortable skin for years and had no relief from any of the commercial skin treatments.
